PURPOSE: A tie rod assembly for a steering system is provided to improve ride comfort and steering stability by restricting vibration or impact from the road surface from being transmitted to the steering wheel through a tie rod end with integrally connecting a ball joint and a toe-in adjusting shaft and with mounting a damper for buffering. CONSTITUTION: The tie rod assembly comprises a tie rod(50) installed between left and right knuckle arms; a couple of tie rod ends(60) thread-connected to the end of the tie rod to adjust toe-in and combined with the left and right knuckle arms to connect the tie rod to the left and right knuckle arms; and a couple of dampers(70) installed between the tie rod ends and the tie rod to absorb vibration or impact through the tie rod to the tie rod end. The tie rod end includes a toe-in adjusting shaft(62) inserted to a thread groove(51) of the tie rod and thread-connected to the tie rod, and a ball joint(64) combined with the knuckle arm to move the knuckle arm freely. The toe-in adjusting shaft is combined with the ball joint by the damper.
