The present invention relates to a micro-particle measuring device comprising: a micro-fluidic pipe having a cross section through which micro-particles can pass; a first electrode formed in the micro-fluidic pipe; a second electrode formed in a position separated at a predetermined distance in a direction in which the micro-particles are injected from the first electrode, and having a first standard voltage applied thereto; a third electrode formed in a position separated at a predetermined distance in a direction in which the micro-particles are discharged from the first electrode; and a fourth electrode formed in a position separated at a predetermined distance in a direction in which the micro-particles are discharged from the third electrode, and having a second standard voltage applied thereto. The number or the size of passing micro-particles is calculated by using an output signal of the first electrode. The concentration of micro-particles is calculated by calculating the hourly number of micro-particles passing between the third electrode and the fourth electrode. Accordingly, the number, the size, or the concentration of micro-particles can be effectively calculated. |
