<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic trocar system in which a dilator and a sheath tube can be integrally held. <P>SOLUTION: The ultrasonic trocar system 10 is provided with an ultrasonic vibrator 30, a probe 36 joined to the tip of the ultrasonic vibrator 30 for transmitting ultrasonic vibrations to a living tissue, a sheath 40 covering the probe 36 and the sheath tube 60 introduced and detained at the parietal in the state of being disposed at the outer periphery of the sheath. Then, the sheath tube 60 is provided with a sheath tube insertion part 62 and a sheath tube holding part 64 provided on the base end part of the sheath tube insertion part 62, whose side near the sheath tube insertion part 62 is expanded and held by an operator. Also, the dilator 50 interposed between the sheath tube 60 and the sheath 40 to expand a piercing hole and used in combination with the sheath tube 60 is included.
