<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support for packing suture thread with a needle, surely supporting a suture thread with little curled state, easily taking out the suture threads separately without entanglement even if a plurality of suture threads are supported, facilitating work for winding the suture thread round a thread holding part, simple in structure, and manufactured at a low price. <P>SOLUTION: A thread holding part 3 where the suture thread x is wound and held is provided with an annular suture holding groove part 5, the upper part of which is opened, a guide groove part 6 guiding the thread from the thread holding groove part 5 to a needle holding part 4, and a blocking member 10 for blocking up the thread holding groove part 5 and the guide groove part 6.
