摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a measuring method for promoting a reaction rate between a measurement object and a receptor, early completing measurement and reducing the minimum limit of a concentration for confirming the existence of the measurement object. <P>SOLUTION: A reagent cartridge 10 of a solid-phase chip type pH variation inducing element measuring method for reacting the measurement object and the specifically coupling to the measurement object by using a reagent cartridge, a solid-phase chip 3 having a solid phase part 3a with a surface on which the receptor specifically coupling to the measurement object is immobilized, is fixed to a specimen diluted solution accommodating part 4 for accommodating a specimen diluted solution so as to immerse the solid-phase part 3a in the specimen diluted solution, and the reagent cartridge 10 is vibrated at least in the axial direction of the solid phase part 3a. It is preferable that a tapered internal face near a tip of the solid phase part 3a is used.
