<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable tissue, which prevents dust or dirt from coming in through an outlet formed by a perforation and facilitates the unsealing of the perforation. <P>SOLUTION: According to the portable tissue 1, respective couples of tissues 2, 2 are folded and layered vertically to form a tissue packet 2A, which is held in a film packaging bag 3 with the perforation 3a formed latitudinally on the surface side. The film packaging bag 3 has a folded part 5, which has a Z-shaped section and is continuous longitudinally on the surface side sheet on which the perforation 3a is formed.
