FIELD: oncology. ^ SUBSTANCE: 0.01-0.02 ml of blood serum is placed onto object-plate, dried for 72-96 h under cover glass at room temperature and relative humidity 50-60%, after which sample is examined microscopically in polarized light. When anisotropic spherulytes with single small multicolored inclusions in central parts thereof are revealed, preclinical phase of malignant growth in body is diagnosed.
