PURPOSE: A polyoxymethylene resin composition is provided, which is excellent in heat-stability and especially, generates a little formaldehyde gas when forming. CONSTITUTION: The polyoxymethylene resin composition comprises: 100pts.wt. of a polyoxymethylene copolymer; 0.01-2pts.wt. of an amine-substituted triazine compound, which is melamine; 0.01-5pts.wt. of a compound grafting 0.05-5wt% of a maleic anhydride on an ethylene-propylene copolymer and an ethylene-propylene trimer, wherein the weight ratio of the ethylene-propylene copolymer and the ethylene-propylene trimer is 0-90:100-10.
