The bin, made to be fastened by two screws (V1, V2) to a surface such as the door of a kitchen sink unit, consists of a rectangular parallelpiped box with the upper ends of its two side walls raised above the level of its front wall and separated by slots (F1, F2) from its rear wall to enable the handles of a plastic lining bag to be hung from them. Once the bag is full it is taken out by lifting the hhandles and replaced by an empty one.
