<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment for caregiving reducing burden of a caregiver concerned with attaching/detaching work of the garment for caregiving, and also relieving pain to be brought by attaching/detaching work from a care-receiver through lowering the frequency of moving the body. <P>SOLUTION: The garment for caregiving comprises a front cloth part including a front body 30 and a sleeve front part 32, and a back cloth part including a back body 31 and a sleeve back part 33, and forms an upper garment obtained by freely detachably connecting the front cloth part with the back cloth part with hooking tools 34 set on the shoulder, the upper and lower sleeves and the right and left sides. The hooking tools are buttons, hook-and-loop fasteners, slide fasteners, hooks or strings.
