<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a reflection film without necessitating many stages. <P>SOLUTION: A base plate 10 is attached to an electrode plate 14 in a film forming chamber 12, and electrified to be negative by a variable DC power source 16. An atomizer 18 sprays the minute droplets 24 of material solution 22 supplied from a liquid supply device 20 toward the base plate 10. In the solution 22, metallic fine particles 28 are dispersed in a solvent 26. The minute droplets 24 from which the solvent 26 is evaporated in the midst of flying are accumulated on the surface of the base plate 10 as the metallic particulates and forms the irregular reflection film having irregular ruggedness on the surface of the base plate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
