<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular fixture whereby irradiation efficiency of light irradiated to the forward direction from a light source is enhanced with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicular lighting fixture 10 includes a reflecting surface 12, a projection lens 13, and a light shielding plate 14. The vehicular lighting fixture 10 is structured so that if the major axis 12a of the reflecting surface 12 rotates upward and toward the rear from the optical axis of the projection lens by a prescribed angle with its second focal point position f2 as the center of rotation, its first focal point position is disposed in the upper part of the optical axis of the projection lens, and the light shielding plate is formed so as to have a wall thickness in front and in the rear from the second focal point position of the reflector. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
