A pair of screw rotors capable of eliminating interference between the blades thereof, providing excellent sealability, being rather easily machined, and minimizing produced blow holes, wherein the shapes of the cross sections of the pair of screw rotors in the direction perpendicular to the axis thereof are formed so that one (14) of square parts (14) and (15) formed between both ends (A) and (B) of a blade tip curve (13') and the blade side surface curves (18') and (19') thereof is formed so as to gradually reduce the radius of curvature toward the projected direction of the square part (14) in the shape of the cross section perpendicular to the axis, and the shape of the blade side surface curve (18') ranging from the square part (14) to a blade bottom surface curve (17') is formed in a curved line generated by the square part (14) formed in the other screw rotor.
