A process of manufacturing a 3D card using a lens plate and a product manufactured by the same are provided to offer a more unique card design to consumers and maximize the brand image of a card company according to design unique to cards. The process comprises: the step of producing a base plate for matching to a lens plate; the step of molding a desired shape by applying liquid epoxy; the step of casting with nickel by using an epoxy base plate; the step of producing a card base plate by combining and matching front and rear matching plates, front and rear print sheets and front and rear overlay sheets; and the step of molding a card. |
