A powder dispersing device is provided to mix powder with agitating materials evenly and quickly by scattering powder from a powder storage container with physical collision, and to prevent material from being burned in heating by distributing powder evenly. A powder dispersing device is composed of a scattering blade(10) arranged in parallel with a ground and contacted to powder from a powder storage container to scatter powder, a fixing unit(20) fastened in a panel installed in an applying unit, and a vibrating unit(30) connecting the scattering blade to the fixing unit and applying elastic restoring force for trembling the scattering blade up and down around the fixing unit. The scattering blade is composed of an inclined surface(13) symmetrically formed and bent downward, and the inclination angle of the inclined surface is gradually decreased from a connecting end combined with the vibrating unit to a free end. The vibrating unit is formed of a coil spring.
