<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mind and body condition determining device for determining mind and body condition such as a tension loosened condition, a tired condition and an excessive tension condition by discriminating them as each separate mind and body condition. <P>SOLUTION: The subject apparatus is constituted of a mind and body condition detecting means 40 for detecting the first mind and body information relating to the quantity of the oscillation of a driver's head reflecting the intensity of the tension feeling of the driver and the second mind and body information other than the first mind and body information, a driving environment information detecting means 46 for detecting driving environment information, an individual adapting means for deciding an individual information for adapting the determination of a mind and body condition to an individual driver, a determined threshold value deciding means for deciding a determined threshold according to the driving environment information detected with the driving environment information detecting means 46 and the individual information decided with the individual adapting means, a mind and body condition determining means 48 for determining the mind and body condition of the driver by comparing the first mind and body condition and the second mind and body condition detected with the mind and body information detecting means with the determined threshold value decided with the determined threshold value deciding means, a driving supporting controlling means 50 for supporting and controlling driving according to the determined result, and a driving supporting means 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
