FIELD: general engineering; materials handling facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for handling long-length loads delivered to depth through narrow neck into space. Proposed device contains load-lifting unit being essentially sealed container with hydraulic system with load lowered to depth. System of tie rods is made in form of paired hydraulic cylinders with rods and carriers arranged at sides of load. Rods of hydraulic cylinders extending from load-lifting unit are hinge-mounted on load, and carriers with initial eccentricity relative to axes of rods are also hinge-secured on load and hydraulic cylinders in places where hydraulic cylinders project from container of unit. ^ EFFECT: provision of orientation of load lowered to preset depth in working position. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
