REFRIGERATOR CRISPER ASSEMBLY

A crisper assembly is disclosed for use in refrigerator fresh food compartment having slotted vertical tracks on a rear wall of the compartment and protruding support members from side walls of the fresh food compartment. The crisper assembly has a removable rigid unitary frame secured within the fresh food compartment for supporting two crisper drawers in side by side relation. The frame has a front horizontal support member having an elongated slotted aperture for receiving a reinforcing bar. The frame has a rear horizontal support member having integral rearwardly extending posts for engaging the slotted tracks to support the frame at the rear. By utilizing a unitary frame thus mounted in the fresh food compartmen t, the frame may be molded into shape saving the labor costs associated with prior art assembling of rear support hooks to the frame.
