FIELD: production of removable solid rocket propellant charges. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an installation of centrifugal armoring and is dealt with the field of manufacture of removable solid rocket propellant charges. The installation is made in the form of centrifuge and contains a rotor with a ring-type collector, a chamber enveloping the rotor, service containers and a drive. The installation is supplied with a batcher of components of armoring composition and a head of a premixer, and a rotated plane of the rotor with fixed above it stirrers made in the form of an elastic tape and a scraper are used in the capacity of a final mixer. Replaceable forms with the charges are fastened on supports with pushers and on cradles ensuring them oscillatory motions along an axis with the given amplitude and frequency. As a result of realization of the offered invention it is possible to combine operations of dosage and armoring of a solid propellant and its filling in the forms with the help of one installation. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures possibility to combine operations of dosage and armoring of a solid rocket propellant and its filling in the forms with the help of one installation. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
