The faucet has a time-delay chamber (7) communicating with a water inlet through a calibrated orifice (13) equipped with a self cleaning device (14). The orifice and the device are situated on a head (9) supporting a minimum flow valve (8). The head has a lip joint (15) preventing water flow into the chamber without opposing the exit of the water contained in the chamber, when the head is moved under the action of a push button (10).
