<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator for accurately seizing foods with wireless tags stored in a storage chamber of the refrigerator. <P>SOLUTION: The refrigerator having a refrigerating chamber and a vegetable chamber 16 actualizes communication for inherent food information stored in the wireless tags 2 attached to the foods 1 via the wireless tags 2. It has an antenna in an inlet frame portion for transmitting/receiving electric waves from the wireless tags 2 and a read writer 46 for reading the food information in communication with the wireless tags 2 via the antenna.
