<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variations in device voltage through a simple circuit even if the voltage is varied due to the switch timing of a semiconductor device, variations in characteristics, or an external circuit. <P>SOLUTION: Balance circuits whose equivalent circuits are composed of series circuits of capacitors Ccg11, Ccg12, Ccg21, and Ccg22 and circuits Tr1 and Tr2 magnetically coupled with other circuits are connected between the respective collectors and gates of multiple voltage driven semiconductor devices Q11 to Q22 connected in series for one arm.
