<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-hands watch excellent in assembling workability and capable of thinning the whole watch without separating a circuit substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The gear train block 6 having a chronographic function is constituted with a plurality sets of gear trains 15-18 arranged in a plane, therefore the thickness of the gear train block 6 can be made thin, and also the plurality sets of gear trains 15-18 can be planarly assembled, thereby the assembling workability can be improved. Furthermore, the gear train block 6 is arranged while being superposed on the circuit substrate 7, which is not necessary to be pluralized, and a sheet of circuit substrate 7 can be simply assembled on the gear train block 6, thereby the assembling workability can be improved, furthermore in the thickness range of the gear train block 6 superposed on the circuit substrate 7, the antenna 8 and the battery 9 are arranged on both the side parts of them.
