PURPOSE: A device for cutting and packing laver is provided to transfer the cut laver while maintaining an arrangement state of the laver by correctly cutting the laver without damage to the laver, and to improve credibility of the device. CONSTITUTION: A device for cutting and packing laver comprises the following: a cutting device(20) with an inclined blade on a lower container(14); a cam device(30) lifting a push piece(16); a transfer device(40) loading the laver and horizontally moving a transfer plate(42) to the bottom of a lower container(12); and a cover device(50) arranging the loaded laver with a cover opened and closed on the front of an upper container. The cutting device has an inclined blade inside the housing. The cam device includes an inner cam(32), an outer cam(34), and a sensor(38).
