PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generation system for a vehicle and a power control method thereof are provided to achieve efficient power distribution by controlling the voltage of a battery according to the amount of a power constant change. CONSTITUTION: A photovoltaic power generation system for a vehicle comprises a photovoltaic module(100), a battery(200), a blower motor driver(400), and controller(300). The photovoltaic module outputs a voltage and a current by using sunlight. The battery stores electricity generated by the photovoltaic module. The blower motor driver drives a blower motor for a vehicle. The controller controls the voltage of the battery according to the amount of the power constant change. The controller supplies a power to the blower motor driver according to the state of the battery and the photovoltaic module.
