摘要 PURPOSE: A battery unit for driving a hybrid vehicle with improved cooling efficiency is provided to improve the performance and the service life of a battery by maintaining the temperature of battery cells. CONSTITUTION: A battery unit(1) for driving a hybrid vehicle with improved cooling efficiency comprises a battery case(11), a cell support, battery cells(2), an electric motor, and a cooling fan. The battery case has a suction port(12) and an exhaust port(13) so that cooling air can be penetrated. The cell support is rotatably installed inside the battery case. The battery cells are separated from each other to penetrate the cooling air. The electric motor changes the location of the battery cells to the top or bottom, and rotates the cell support. The cooling fan is installed in a cooling air passage to discharge the cooling air through the exhaust port.
