PURPOSE: An aluminium-scandium alloy casting and rolling method is provided to enable continuous casting without the production of oxide by packing and transporting aluminium-scandium alloy ingots while preventing the ingots from being exposed to the air. CONSTITUTION: An aluminium-scandium alloy casting and rolling method comprises the steps of: putting aluminium-scandium alloy ingots in a furnace and rapidly cooling with liquid nitrogen, hermetically packing the ingots with silver foil and keeping in a nitrogen atmosphere chamber(300), successively heating the ingots in an electric heating furnace for 10 minutes(400), continuously casting the produced material(500), rolling the material into a steel strip and winding around a first bobbin(600), heating and rolling the steel strip(700), rapidly cooling the steel strip by spraying liquid nitrogen and cooling water(800), and attaching protective tape to both sides of the steel strip and winding around a second bobbin(900).
