<p>Compns. contng. N-(2,6-dichlorobenzylidene)-N1-amidinohydrazine (I): Hypotensive. Dose 1-40 mg./d. Compns. contain 10-90% (I) together with carriers and additives, and may be in form of tablets, powders, granules, elixirs, syrups, for oral use, or solns., suspensions, dispersions, emulsions, etc. for parenteral use. Capsules in doses of 1 taken 2-4 X daily. (I) 250 mg. Carrier (starch, lactose, kaolin) 250 mg.</p> |
