Acylclic acid esters of prostaglandins F1 alpha , F2 alpha , F3 alpha , dihydro F1 alpha , F1 beta , F2 beta , F3 beta , dihydro F3 beta , and their 15 beta isomers, at the C-9 position, and processes for preparing them. These compounds are useful for a variety of pharmacological purposes, including inhibition of platelet aggregation, increase of nasal patency, labor inducement at term, and controlling blood pressure. |
