Heating panel with flat resistance elements - has two insulating sheets of asbestos and cement, and rear sheet of higher thermal resistance

The heating panel has a resistance element or elements between two insulating, non-inflammable sheets. The front sheet is constructed from asbestos and 'compressed' cement whilst the rear sheet is constructed from asbestos and 'expanded' cement so that the rear sheet has a higher thermal resistance than the front sheet. The front and rear sheets can be made of Glasal (RTM) and Pical (RTM). The panel is mounted onto the wall using elements made of Velcro (RTM). The panel is non-inflammable, has a long-life, and does not produce noise resulting from thermal expansion. It can be decorated, and has a thickness of approx. 20mm and has a wide range of sizes and heating powers.
