An enterprise automation system comprises a plurality of enterprise automation system software modules, a technical management application configured for performing management of the enterprise automation system, and a vulnerability assessment application configured for assessing vulnerabilities in the enterprise automation system. The a vulnerability assessment application is provided on top of a software stack of the technical management application. The vulnerability assessment application comprises a set of checks, each check is configured to determine a presence of a respective vulnerability and check configuration data associated with each check. The vulnerability assessment application is configured to select a subset of the set of checks in accordance with a configuration of the enterprise automation system based on the check configuration data. |
