H, Me or 2-diethylaminoethyl); R3 is pyridyl phenyl or halophenyl (pref. Ph, 2-pyridyl or 2-fluoro- or 2-chlorophenyl); B is CO or CH2) prepd. by treating a cpd. (II); with a reducing agent, pref. HI (esp. formed in situ) or NH2OH. Cpds. (I) are sedatives, tranquillisers, anticonvulsants and muscle relaxants.</p> |
