Continuously curing thermoplastic impregnated filaments - using two stage process

Fibres are fed to a collecting tube and coated with thermoplastic melt from a reservoir, then passed as impregnated bundle between a pair of electrodes in a tube shaped former. The bundle is then cured in a tubular die with heater system, the die forming it into desired shape.
