发明名称 Vorrichtung zum Auswechseln einer Gruppe bewickelter Spulen gegen leere Huelsen an spindellosen Koetzerspulmaschinen
摘要 418,411. Doffing and tube-applying apparatus for cop-winding machines. REINERS, W., 48, Rheyderstrasse, Gladbach, Munich, Germany. Jan. 8, 1934, No. 691. Convention date, Feb. 16, 1933. [Classes 120 (ii) and 120 (iii).] In a cop-winding machine mechanism for placing cop tubes on a number of spindles simultaneously and for removing the cops simultaneously therefrom is provided with an endless conveyer carrying holders for the cop tubes extending round the machine and working in a horizontal plane. The conveyer comprises an endless chain 53 carrying holders 36 for cop tubes 37, Fig. 1, while the doffing and donning unit comprises bars 34, 34b separately connected to racks 41 which are reciprocated by pinions 45. During winding, the bars 34, 34 occupy the positions shown. The bar 34b is then moved outwardly to push the wound cops off the spindles and into the receptacle 52. The conveyer 53 then moves the distance required to place a fresh set of cop tubes in front of the spindles and the bar 34 then pushes the cop tubes 37 off the holders 36 on to the winding spindles in the course of an inward movement. In a modification, the tube holders 36 are connected to the chain links by pivots 53b, Fig. 3, and are provided with spring clips 36b for engaging the tubes. A rod 150 carried by arms 152 pivoted at 151 extends along the bank of spindles and can be swung upwards by means of a handle 152 so as to place the tubes 37 in alignment with the spindles. The bars 34, 34 are fixed to one set of racks 41 and during inward movement the bar 34 pushes the tubes on to the spindles. The rod 150 is then lowered. After winding is completed, the bars 34, 34b are moved outwards and the bar 34b doffs the wound cops. In a further modification, the tubes are held between stub spindles 1, Figs. 4 and 5, and counter pegs 86 carried by a bar fixed to the racks 41. The chain 53 carries pivoted holders 55 for the cops alternating with the holders 36, the gaps between holders being equal to half the pitch of the bank of spindles and the chain moving in steps equal to the gaps between consecutive holders 36, 55. When a set of cops has been wound the holders 55 are swung upwards by the handle 152, the pegs are moved outwards and the holders are swung down. Then the chain moves a step and the holders are swung upwards again to bring the empty cop tubes 37 opposite the pegs 1, the counter pegs 86 then being moved inwards to secure the tubes against the stub spindles 1. The wound cops are deposited into a receptacle 68 by the engagement with an abutment 153 of a pin 55 projecting from an arm 55. When winding yarn of different colours a number of receptacles 68, 68, 68b with abutments 153, 153, 153 at different levels may be provided for the different groups. Specifications 339,874, [Class 120 (ii)], 366,330, and 385,867 are referred to.
