PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus and a control method of recording apparatus capable of easily changing the recording mode for whole page of a recording object.SOLUTION: The recording apparatus includes: a printing execution section 39; a first template storage section 34 that stores a first template which is a piece of data for specifying recording mode of a page unit; a second template storage 35 that stores a second template which is associated with the first template and is added with a piece of new data specifying a recording mode of a whole page; and a print control unit 32 that, when a recording instruction which includes a piece of data specifying the first template is input, acquires the second template corresponding to the specified first template from the second template storage 35, and causes the printing execution section 39 to record the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
