Call allotting system for telephone exchange - simplifies connections by storing calling and called exchange addresses

The call alloting and stacking system, for a telephone exchange, allots calls by considering priority and waiting time. Incoming calls are assigned a priority and are held in call and waiting registers in the order in which they arrive. The address of the calling exchange is also read out together with the address of the exchange to which the waiting call is directed. For any call that cannot be put through immediately tos the called exchange, this method of using both end address allows a connection to be re-established easily.
