The removable binder is for painted papers and other samples, having three rigid panels folding together into a U-shape. At each end is a flap (16), likewise in three parts, attached to and hinging on the central panel (8). Its central portion (22) is narrower than the central panel, and its side portions (25, 26) fold inside the outer panels (10, 12). There can be a ridge between the central panel and the flap, formed by a bead. The panels can comprise three rigid sheets each contained between two plastic sheets welded together along the edges. The welds between the central panel and the flap are separated by a folding bead.
