2 A system and method are provided for automated intake and discharge 3 of fluids to and from specified inclusion zones at a drilling site and related sites. For specified water sources, the inclusion zone is a loading zone associated 7 with specified conditions and another inclusion zone is an unloading zone also 8 having specified conditions. A control system in a vehicle uses the annotated map 9 and GPS to assist the operator of the vehicle avoid restricted intake from and 10 discharge to restricted zones and limit volumes and rates based on monitored 11 parameters.
