The valve member is moved relative the seat by a diaphragm 32 that is loaded by a spring 48, the end of which abuts a nut 46 to adjust the loading when the knob 15 and screw 38 is rotated. A porous filter surrounds the closure member and is held by a cap 56 sealed to the body by a fluorocarbon seal 25. A pressure relief valve 31 vents excess pressure from the low-pressure side and has a neoprene seal 90 which is fused on excess temperature to directly vent the low pressure side via closure member passage 88. |
