The invention relates to a security element comprising: a carrier material which has a first and a second main surface which lie opposite one another; an absorber layer, a dielectric layer and a partially reflecting layer which are arranged on the first main surface; wherein the dielectric layer is arranged between the absorber layer and the partially reflecting layer, and the absorber layer is arranged between the dielectric layer and the carrier material; and a contrast layer which, starting from the partially reflecting layer, the dielectric layer and the absorber layer, lies closest to the absorber layer. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing a security element and to a document of value. |
