The present invention relates to a system (1) of auxiliary wheels coupled to baby carriage wheels, the system comprising a wheel (2) with a smaller diameter than the baby carriage wheels, arranged to protrude between the baby carriage wheels (3) and attached to the central axle (4) of the latter by a tilting V-shaped structure (5) which in turn comprises a lock (6), the system (1) of auxiliary wheels being characterised in that the original baby carriage wheels (3) can be easily and quickly replaced without any need to dismount them mechanically in order to install the auxiliary wheels (1), since the entire process is carried out using the locking and unlocking mechanism which is part of the system.
