<p>The folding quarters, such as a frame-tent, consists of a framework (2) made up of uprights and cross-pieces over which is stretched the covering with acess and ventilation openings in. The wall sections (5, 6), floor sections, and ceiling are rigid and have connections enabling them to form at least one inner compartment (8). The wall sections (5, 6) have plates (10) which bolt onto the framework (2). The rigid wall sections (5, 6) are formed of half-panels hinged together. Each pair of half-panels are joined to an adjacent orthogonal pair by a set of links (9) at the corner upright (2). The edges (11) of the half-panels facing the upright (2) included the locking plates (10) which grip around the upright (2). The half-panels of one pair are hinged to those next by means of links (7) situated outside the compartment (6). All panels are of standard dimensions, and formed of cladding plates with heat and sound insulating material inbetween.</p> |
