PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removable adhesive and an adhesive sheet substantially preventing problems of contaminating property and productivity, suppressing contamination, and having good wettability.SOLUTION: The removable adhesive comprises a urethane resin (A), a curing agent (B), an organic acid diester or triester (C), and a modification preventing agent. The organic acid diester or triester (C) shows a weight loss of 3 wt.% or less after heated at 150°C for 10 minutes.
