<p>PURPOSE:To emphasize the embossing effect by differentiating the gloss differences of the unevened embossing harmonized with a pattern. CONSTITUTION:Fine patterns are preliminarily printed on a surface of a substrate material by a gravure printing or an offset printing method and, subsequently, by using a colorless transparent resin composition or a transparent resin composition having a tint of one or more of a color and a colored opaque resin composition, plural screen printings are carried out individually and, at this time, the difference of the gloss and the printing thickness is provided between tints. As a method for forming the unevenness by a screen printing, there is a method for forming the unevenness by an ink of same kind by providing the difference in a print itself such as a print thickness, line number or a numerical aperture or a method for forming the unevenness by using the difference of an ink viscosity. The formation of the gloss differences is attained out by adding a component with a coarse particle size, a filler or a delustering agent to an ink.</p> |
