PURPOSE:To obtain a cooking apparatus applicable for manu and universal usages by integrally assembling a variety of functions for cooking such as baking of bread, and kneading or boiling of foodstuff. CONSTITUTION:The main body 1 of the apparatus comprises a bedplate vessel 2 and a lid vessel 3, and the bedplate vessel 2 accommodates a motor 8 within a lower swollen part 4. In the center of a reflection dish 7 at the upper surface of the main body 1 there is projected a motor shaft 8a a clutch 9 is mounted thereon, and on the reflection dish 7 there is provided a heater 10. The diameter of the outer cylinder 11 of a lid vessel 3 is made equal to the outer diameter of the bedplate vessel 2, and an opening 11a fitted with a light permeating plate 16 is formed on the upper surface. The diameter of a space 14 within the outer cylinder is set larger than the diameter of the swollen part 4, and a reflection vessel 13 is fitted on the inner surface, a heater 15 being provided at the upper part of the outer cylinder 11. A plug 27 is provided at the lower end, and engaged with a socket 28 on the upper face of the bedplate vessel 2. During the baking of bread, the lid vessel 3 is reversed, and a kneading vessel 18 freely attachable and detachable, being engaged with the bedplate vessel 2 to perform kneading. Further, the kneading vessel 18 is eliminated or boiling is performed only by the lid vessel 3. |
