PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the S/N ratio of a photoelectric converter.SOLUTION: In a photoelectric converter having a photoelectric conversion unit, an amplification unit including an input node and an output node, a sensor cell unit having a selection switch and a reset switch, an output line, a signal processing unit, and a control unit, the output node is connected electrically with the signal processing unit via the selection switch and output line, in order. The electrical path between th output node and output line is switched between conduction state and non-conduction state by means of the selection switch. The input node is connected electrically with the photoelectric conversion unit, and further connected electrically with the signal processing unit via the reset switch and the output line. The electric path between the input node and output line is switched between conduction state and non-conduction state by means of the reset switch. The control unit brings both the reset switch and selection switch into conduction state for a predetermined period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
