The building structure is cellular with hexagonal load bearing units in reinforced concrete (1) forming one wall, and with vertical and horizontal bars (4,5,6) forming a rectangular three dimensional frame. Supple sealed envelopes are stretched within each frame and the previously packed material is stored in these envelopes. The interior of the envelopes are connected to a distributor and to a collector pipework so that a controlled environment can be supplied at any pressure between envelope and original packaging. Any effluents that may occur can be collected and treated.
