PURPOSE:To analyze a casting process quantitatively and efficiently, by simultaneously fetching the data of fluidity time and of the temperature of a molten metal from an electrode placed near a sprue and plural thermocouples placed in a runner and a mold air-gap part, and recording and displaying them. CONSTITUTION:When a molten metal is poured from a sprue 3 and flows into a mold air-gap part 5 from a runner 4, at first an electrode 1 contacts with the molten metal, subsequently, a conducting signal is inputted in order to a time counting circuit 6 from a thermocouple 2 placed in the runner 4, and the fluidity time is measured in order. On the other hand, in a temperature mesuing circuit 7, thermoelectromotive force from the thermocouple 2 is inputted by a timing signal from a clock circuit 8, and is converted to digital temperature data. The fluidity time data and the data of a molten metal are recorded and displayed at 9. In this way, a casting process is analyzed quantitatively and efficiently. |
