PURPOSE:To diagnose an other optional data transmitter effectively by serving the self device to another transmitter as a diagnosing device when the self device having no communication with an in-use system transmitter, and by sending diagnostic information to the data transmitter to be diagnosed through a stand-by system transmission line. CONSTITUTION:For example, a data transmitter 1, when not having communication with in-use system transmission lines 11-14, serves as a diagnosing device for other data transmitters 2-4, and also sends diagnostic information to some data transmitter to be diagnosed, e.g., the transmitter 2 through stand-by system transmission lines 21-24. The transmitter 2 diagnoses itself by the diagnostic information and then sends information on the diagnosis result to the transmitter 1 through the stand-by system transmission lines 21-24. Consequently, the transmitter 1 receives and analyses the diagnosis result. |
