<p>The feed grips and passes bottles to a container. The bottles are held for return and are emptied before placing in the box. It has jaws (a) which hold the bottles during rotation and are opened by a control free wheel. Gripping can be done by suction pads (d), fed by a vacuum pump and synchronised with jaw opening. On starting, a box is moved under the work position and the suction pads and jaws follow synchronised cycle. The jaws open to place the bottles in the box and they then close to position them.</p> |
